Roaming Roots is designed to feel like home, not a rental. Every room has its own personality, and every shared space is meant to invite connection — whether that’s a deep conversation over tea or parallel play on laptops at the kitchen table.

A few details:

• 5 bd 3 bath home plus detached room on .5 acre in East Chula Vista in the Rancho del Rey neighborhood
• Near Discovery Park and the Rice Canyon trail system, other parks, Costco, Ralphs, some yummy restaurants
• Heat and AC
• TV/cuddle room with premium sound system
• Spacious living room for yoga, exercising, music, etc.
• Massage chair in the living room
• Newly improved loungey area for extra chill space
• Kitchen with lots of food making appliances(crock pot, instant pot, juicer, blender, Vitamix, etc.)
• Trampoline and basketball court
• Backyard fire pit lounging area
• Large back patio with two chill sitting areas to visit, watch birds, community dinners, etc.
